THIS CLASS IS FOR SATURDAY, 11/30 AT 10AM.

In this step-by-step, instructor-led class, we will decorate four Christmas cookies while mastering the basics of cookie decoration. Techniques covered will include outlining, flooding, wet-on-wet, and creating dimension. Additionally, we will learn the correct use of decorating tools and how to cut the piping bag properly. I will be changing the color of the tray from white to red so the cookies pop more and the glasses will be round rimmed instead of thick.

Class is for Saturday, 11/30 @ 10am at the Erica’s Cookie Co. shop, 411 C Street, Galt. Please allow 2 hours for class. Age 16+ recommended. Colors or small design changes may apply.

Coffee, a mini water bottle, and individual charcuterie cups will be provided for each participant.

If you are unable to attend, you have the option to sell your seat to another person. Please note that credits or refunds are not available. In the event that the class is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
